By accessing or using the Sovev platform, website (sovev.io), or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sovev provides an AI-powered predictive maintenance platform for industrial equipment. The Service includes IoT sensor data collection, vibration and temperature monitoring, equipment health analysis, failure prediction, and related tools and dashboards.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful data.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Sovev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
6. Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including sensor data and equipment information.
- You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.
- Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Sovev does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that predictions and insights will be accurate in all circumstances. The Service is intended to assist with maintenance decisions but should not be the sole basis for critical safety decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sovev, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
